Hey! I'm Jennifer

From classical musician to sound healer and guide

Music has always been my safe place. As a quiet, introspective kid, the piano became my outlet — a way to express emotions I didn’t have words for. I learned early on that sound is a universal language. It helps us feel, release, connect, and return to ourselves.

Over time, I realized sound wasn’t just emotional… it was physiological. It shifts brain-wave states, lowers heart rate, reduces tension, and opens space for healing that the conscious mind can’t reach on its own.

Today, Sound To Soul is my way of sharing that magic. I combine unique instruments with training in hypnotherapy, NLP, yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurvedic principles, and classical music to create personalized experiences that support:

  • Clarity

  • Release

  • Rebalancing

  • Relaxation

  • Connection

  • Awakening
