UNFORGETTABLE EARTH DAY SOUND BATH ~ STORY

No better way to tap into our natural frequency than to connect with the frequency of that around us, of the earth. This was a magical sound bath that a small group of us shared intimately on a GORGEOUS Earth day.

Sound healing has truly changed my life, and my intention for every gathering is to share a glimpse of the joy, the healing, and the true power of sound.... journey with me here through the story of this wonderful ~ imagery filled ~ Sound bath.

Sound is meaning. Sound is feeling. Sound is a story. Sound is Life.

We are energy.

The Earth is energy. Everything is energy. Your energy is arranged in a particular form that makes you the human being you are. Your particles are always moving within their assigned form, always alive with possibility, and vibrating at a frequency that keeps them healthy and in the right form.

So does the Earth... always moving, adapting... changes in the seasons, night and day, birth & death... The continuous beautiful cycles, the ever flowing, always moving frequencies of the planet... The specific frequencies of the Elements of the ~ earth, wind, rain, fire...

Also like the Earth, there are things that may upset that frequency, bringing about the "wrong" movement for a body, organ, or system... discomfort and disease...

THIS is where Sound Healing comes in!!! Introducing the right sound at the right vibrational frequency to help to bring your particles back to the frequency they want and should be in...

Breath + Imagery + Frequency = Magic

As we began with some Big inhale(s)... in in in ...hold... exhale(s), as they laid there sinking into the mat, I instructed...

"to just let ANYTHING come through. Allowing any memories to pop into your brain, you may see it, smell it, feel it... As we honor mother earth today, I want you to remember/think of your favorite beach, your favorite mountain top, your favorite forest, your favorite tree, your favorite flower, your favorite sunrise, your favorite sunset... your favorite storm, your favorite - so cold you can't feel your feet moment, your favorite - so hot you could melt moment, your favorite sunburn, your favorite windburn, your favorite STILL moment, your favorite moongaze, your favorite stargaze, your favorite shooting star...

It's almost too much to bear, the abundance of beauty this earth has offered us... all the while turning, spinning, changing, nurturing, giving us life. So we can live. And love."

Journey through the Seasons

... "As we begin today, we will be resonating through the seasons, starting with sweet flowers of Spring - a time for renewal, growth, and expansion. New leaves allow us to envision endless possiblities & use our creative gifts to reach new levels of achievement, wellness, happiness and success. They symbolize hope, new beginnings and opportunies.

Separated by the powerful sun gong, we move into energetic Summertime... by the ocean... sunbathing and laughing by the water... a season of joy, growth & self-awareness.

We then move into Autumn, or Fall, seeing beautiful shades of orange, red and yellow on the trees as they start to swallow greenery... the mouth-watering smell of pumpkin spice, the eeriness of a holiday that will give you goosebumps, and give you chills during its full howling moon.

Until we retreat to cozy up by the fireplace as the temperature drops... moving into crisp Winter... trees get thinner as some snowflakes may fall... a time to rest, prepare & learn. A time to take in the year in all its glory and sing Hallelujah to the crispy pine needles, and gaze at a shiny star that pups up in each of our homes.... And alas, as the ice starts to melt, the sun glistens like rhinestones on the white now... we reminisce on another beautiful year on the Beautiful Earth."

We Remembered...

as we journeyed through sound, the beauty of the moments of life and love that we have been so blessed to experience on this beautiful planet, and we give thanks. For if it wasn't for the earth, the ground we stand on, the wind, the air, the water, the rain... the heat, the fire... the elements (and our God above!)... these moments in time wouldn't exist.

Thank you Mother Earth. Thank you to everyone who came out on this beautiful UNFORGETTABLE day!!!
